Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are considered only if the service has not yet commenced.
Once work is started (e.g., document formatting, analysis, or submission guidance), refunds will not be provided.
Request Procedure:
Refund requests must be sent via email to office@gra-consultancy.com or WhatsApp +91 70868 23066.
Requests must include:
Full Name
Payment Reference / Transaction ID
Reason for withdrawal
Processing Time:
Eligible refund requests will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Cases:
Services already delivered or partially delivered.
Delays caused by client-side issues (e.g., document submission delay).
Author’s manuscript rejection by journals (consultancy only provides guidance).

Scope:
GRA Consultancy assists clients in research paper submission and journal selection, including advice on indexed journals.
Indexing Disclaimer:
Consultancy does not guarantee acceptance or indexing in specific journals.
Indexing depends on the journal’s review and editorial process.
Publication Assistance:
Guidance includes:

Selection of relevant journals (Scopus, Web of Science, UGC Care, etc.)
Manuscript formatting and plagiarism reduction
Submission guidance
Client Responsibility:
Clients must provide accurate and complete information for submission.
Final acceptance and indexing are subject to journal policies.
Transparency:
Consultancy will always provide the list of suggested journals, including their indexing status.
Clients can make the final choice of journal submission.
